In today’s dynamic and pluralistic society where life is blessed with incredible options in almost every sphere of life, including education, counseling required right at the school level.  A proper assessment of the student  to unearth his / her strength as well as weaknesses helps the career counselor to recommend solutions which may ensure long-term benefits to the student.

Regular guidance and motivational programs need to be part and parcel of academic activities inside the school, career guidance is just like a light in a dark tunnel that helps the students to get through the confused state of mind.

The Career Guidance cell gives the guidance to the individual students to help them acquire the knowledge, information, skills and experience necessary to identify career options, and narrow down to make one carrier decision.  It’s a comprehensive developmental program designed to assist individual students in making and implementing informed educational and occupational choices while doing the schooling at SVM.
