In today’s technology-driven world, it is imperative for students to stay equipped with tech-innovations around the globe.  Though the whole STEM (Science, Technolgoy, Engineering and mathematics) education can be considered a vast ocean of information and knowledge and there is so much to learn, it is important to ensure that learners are exposed to it from the early years of their academic journey.

If students are exposed to STEM education from their school days, they will have a strong foundation in the subjects, eventually leading them to a successful future in that domain.

While the Indian education system has helped learners with science and mathematics from the early years, technology and engineering have not received much exposure in the school curriculum.

It has been just a few years that the government has declared Computer Education as a mandate in the education curriculum.  We have witnessed how ICT has become an integral part of transforming education.

Educating students about computer and its functionalities not only expose them to another domain of STEM education but also hone their learning abilities befitting the 21st century skills, i.e. critical thingking, creativity, collaboration and communication.

Computer Labs are helping students with hands-on learning activities that further stimulate their interest in science and technology.
