WITHDRAWAL RULES:

  • NORMS RELATING TO WITHDRAWAL OF A STUDENT FROM THE SCHOOL

Withdrawal of a student from the school is necessitated under certain circumstances either in the student’s family or in the school itself. The norms followed in this respect are given below. Parents must read these norms carefully and comply with them.

1)   If a student needs to be withdrawn from the school, the parents/ guardians of that student need to           follow the procedure as mentioned under the Fee Refund policy.
2)   A student can also be asked, by the school, to be withdrawn on academic or disciplinary grounds   including submission of false information to the school at the time of admission. Disciplinary        action may even involve expulsion. The Principal’s decision in such matters is final.
3)   Misbehavior on the part of parents/guardians with any member of the school staff may also lead to         withdrawal of the student from the school.
4)   Transfer Certificate (TC) on withdrawal is issued only after all the school dues are cleared by the parents/guardians and the filled form needs to be submitted to Admission Office.

  • Fee Refund Policy
  • Our school’s refund policy aims to protect the interests of its students as well as the school itself. The policy outlines the various conditions where refund is applicable and it clearly states the refund details of the various fees that the school charges. In addition, it also states the time taken to process the refund requests. The refund process is aligned with the policy ensuring that all refunds are processed in a fair and reasonable manner.

 

The following fees shall not be refunded once the enrollment / admission of the student is made :

Half Year Boarder fee to be paid

  • Conversion of Boarding student into Day-Boarding student is subject to compliance with the below hostel rules.
  • Full Year Boarding Fee to be paid in case of converting a boarder student into a Day-Boarder student.
  • Behavioral Practice
  • 1) Students are expected to behave in a courteous manner. Be seated when the bus is in motion. No student is allowed to stand on the footboard.
  • 2) Unruly behavior, tearing of seat covers, breaking window panes or related offences will result in heavy penalty and withdrawal of bus facility.
  • 3) Avoid throwing any thrash/food inside or outside the bus.
  • Follow the instructions of the teacher in charge. He/ She has the authority to report any offence to the Principal immediately.

 

  • AT LIBRARY
  • 1) Students should enter library only in School
  • 2) Students can enter library during their class library
  • 3) However, entering library during other working hours is permissible only with the permission of the
  • 4) Reference books, periodicals and other records can be referred only at the
  • 5) Books should be replaced carefully in their correct position on the shelves after
  • 6) Personal books, bags , should not be taken inside, they should be left on shelves at the entrance / outside of the entrance.
  • 7) Students should not socialise, talk loudly and disrupt the normal operation of the
  • 8) Students should behave in a dignified manner, moving about

  • SPECIAL ASSEMBLY / FUNCTIONS

Whether it is School special assembly, or club activities, or functions, students should consider the following rules of behaviour.

  • 1) Students should attend the activity only in School
  • 2) Reporting should be class-wise. They should follow the instructions of the Staff - in - Charge and take the guidlines of student
  • 3) Students should not break the line and should remain seated in the allotted seats
  • 4) Students should not change place, move ro mix up in
  • 5) Students low head, drowsing, sleeping are not
  • 6) Students should not lift legs while sitting in the
  • 7) Loud taking, making indecent noise of any kind is not
  • 8) Maintaining silence and following the programme is the expected discipline among

              A Good Habit

            Good manners and habits are the credentials that unconsiously make one to go through life on which people bear their initial judgement of their merits and de- merits. Code of manners and habits will help one to be sure of themselves when in company and save them from falling prey to awkwardness.

            If one aims at overall personality growth of students, one has to be very watchful of developing and inculcting good habits and manners. This can be achieved by insisting the following :

Transportation Rules :

School Transport :

            Students can avail of the school transport subject to the availability of seats. The bus routes are drawn out and parents should consult the School Transport Incharge for necessary details. Bus facility is not mandatory. These facilities can be withdrawn at short notice at the discretion of the management.

Bus Rules :

    1)   All students using the bus are expected to be at the bus stops at least five minutes before the arrival time of the bus.

    2)   Buses will not wait for the late comers.

    3)   Children should stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.

    4)   No student should come near the entry door of the bus unless it comes to a complete halt.

    5)   All students must occupy vacant seats immediately after boarding the buses.

    6)   The front door of the bus is the only authorised entrance and exit.

    7)   The drivers are authorized to stop buses at the designated stops only, unless otherwise directed. The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of all bus is always subject to change.

    8)   When the bus in motion students must not move around and no part of their body should be outside the bus.

    9)   Objects of any kind must not be discarded inside or thrown outside the bus.

  10)   Students will be held responsible for any damage caused to the bus by negligent or vandalism.

  11)   Unruly behavior like shrieking and shouting is strictly prohibited. Courteous behavior expected at all times.

  12)   The driver’s attention must not be distracted for any reason.

  13)   On receiving a complaint of a student causing indiscipline or being disobedient to the bus staff, the student is liable to have his / her bus facility withdrawn.

  14)   Parents are requested not to complain to the bus driver / guard but report the matter to the Principal.
